It’s me! Hi! I’m the problem, it’s me.
Did anyone else get that Taylor Swift reference? Ok cool, now that we have passed that and everyone knows I’m a Swiftie, I thought I’d introduce myself.
I’m Bryn! I’m a local Bay Area, California photographer and yes, I do happen to love Taylor Swift haha. I figure there is no better way to start off the unveiling of my new website than to tell you a little about myself and my business as a photographer.
1. Who I Am

The first thing to know about me is I LOVE photography! I adore capturing, people, places, animals, and LOVE most of all.
I also love people (even though I’m an extroverted introvert - I definitely love quiet time reading, adventuring, and catching a recent episode of my favorite show). I really value what each and every human brings to this planet earth because every person is so unique. My hope is my clients feel exactly that when they work with me because I am probably just as excited to work with you as I hope you are to work with me.
I’m also Christian and funny enough, the first recurring photo gig I had was volunteering to take photos for my church at Sunday services (it makes it easy that my boyfriend makes some killer light sets as well haha). I’ve been Christian since I was in high school and am so thankful for my faith and the person it continually crafts me to be.
I can’t forget to mention how obsessed I am with animals. If I was in the right stage of life financially and my landlord was ok with a pet, I would have bought one ages ago. I’m a dog lover since birth but recently obsessed with cats too thanks to my work contracting for Kim’s Nurturing Nest Animal Sanctuary. (You can check out the amazing work they do at their website here.) There are also so many other amazing animals on this planet that I have had the pleasure of meeting or seeing in my life and travels. Curious what those are? 2. What I Do
I like to say that my photography brand is where photography and joy meet.
I want to create a photo session experience that makes my clients overjoyed to be part of and provides my clients with photos that they LOVE to look back on.
Couples, engagements, families, new babies, maternity, you name it! I offer event, business/corporate, and headshot photography as well if that is what you are looking for too, but I have to say my heart lies most with people that want to have fun, be comfortable, and maybe even be a little goofy during their session.
3. What I Stand For
The easiest way to say what I stand for is realness.
Let me explain.
Our world (especially that of social media) is finally starting to shift and see the value of bringing your real self to the table. I grew up when Instagram started to popularize and it was all about acne clearing and body morphing photo editing apps and it was really damaging to be opened up into that world. So I want you to know that that is not me. I’m not here to photoshop “flaws” away. I’m here for the realness - of you, of your family, of your skin, of your body, of your relationship, of everything! If that’s something you’re looking for in a photographer, you’ve come to the right place.
